There are several different options of financial support, there is a Coronavirus business financial support finder that gives specific advice based on the size of your business. Please note this tool does refer to local authorities having a Discretionary fund, unfortunately this fund is no longer available.

If you’re self-employed or a member of a partnership and have been adversely affected by Coronavirus you may be able to get a grant through the Self-Employment Income Support Scheme. The scheme has been extended.

All businesses and self-employed people in financial distress, and with outstanding tax liabilities, may be eligible to receive support with their tax affairs through HMRC’s Time To Pay service.

This allows businesses and individuals to pay off their debt by instalments over a period of time.

These arrangements are agreed on a case-by-case basis and are tailored to individual circumstances and liabilities.

HMRC are also providing a programme of webinars to support employers and the self-employed through this period of disruption.

If your business is losing revenue and experiencing cash flow disruption as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak a range of finance through the Government-owned British Business Bank, visit the Bank's Finance Hub for further information.
